As a substitute with us, you can work at various preschools or schools and try out several different workplaces while gaining valuable experience for the future. The substitute position can lead to longer assignments or a permanent position at one of the preschools and schools we collaborate with.

Right now, we are looking for substitutes who want to work Monday to Friday at preschools and schools in Stockholm!

About the role

As a substitute in preschool and school, you will replace regular staff during their absence – often with short notice on the same morning. The assignments vary depending on the organization and may include:

Participating in activities and creating safety in children's groups at preschool together with other staff.
Supporting students during the school day and during after-school activities in the afternoon.
Following lesson plans and conducting teaching in preschool class – grade 9.

Regardless of the assignment, you are a present and engaged adult who contributes to the children's safety and development.

Qualifications and qualities

We are looking for someone who:

· Has completed upper secondary education or childcare education

· Has excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

· Has previous experience working with children and youth, such as involvement in sports clubs, youth activities, tutoring, babysitting, or similar

· Wants to be a positive role model for children and students

· Is ready to take responsibility and initiative and wants to collaborate with others

· Is prepared to work as you promise
